1.1 我們將在給您寄出商品之後從您的信用卡和銀聯卡中收取應付款
項。
1.2 如果所定商品在寄出28天后仍沒到達,您可以要求全額退款或通知我們給您重新發貨。
1.3 如果您提供給我們的郵寄地址不正確,我們保留收取額外郵費的權利。

2.0 保固條款:
2.1 EXPANSYS磐石環球數碼城提供三個月的保固服務(配件包括電池不提供保修服務)。另外,如果您購買的是手機或者平板電腦産品,還可以購買“延長一年 保固服務”(三個月的基本保固+額外十二個月的保固,共十五個月保固)。
2.2 三個月的基本保固條款如下:
2.3 如果顧客在收到貨品後,發現有產品品質問題,請同我們聯繫,並於14天內將產品退還給我們,可以全額退款或者更換全新貨品。如果您收 到產品並沒有品質問題,而是對產品不滿意,也可在14天內將產品連同銷售單退還給我們,我們可以爲您安排退款(不會退回寄出的運費);請注意,該情况下, 退回的産品必須沒有開封使用,和保證包裝完整完好,決不影響第二次銷售,如收到的産品或是包裝有破損、配件丟失的情況,EXPANSYS保留拒絕退款的權利,或者會扣除25%的貨款。退貨時,請將您收到的所有物品包裝好,退還給我們,包括產品的說明書,配件和完整包裝等。
2.4 如果您在收到貨品14天後,三個月內,發現産品需維修,請與我們聯繫,將産品和銷售單一起返回,我們將會爲您安排免費的維修服務,維 修服務所產生的運費由顧客承擔。
2.5 如果您在收到貨品三個月後,發現產品有需進行維修,請跟我們聯繫,並將産品和銷售單一起返回,EXPANSYS磐石環球數碼城將檢查 該産品後,告知維修所需的費用,客戶可以選擇接受,支付維修費用;或者選擇拒絕,我們會將貨品退回。該過程產生的一切運費和額外費用由客戶承擔。
2.6 保固服務包括:
1 軟體故障
2 製造商或硬體問題
3 三個或以上的屏幕壞點/死點
2.7 保固服務不包括:
1. 屏幕破損
2. 產品浸水
3. 意外人為損壞或者不當操作錯誤
4. 由應用軟件引起的損壞或者由安裝的固件與設備不兼容引起的損壞
5. 三個或以下的屏幕壞點/死點
2.8 延長一年保固服務:
2.9 如果您購買的是手機或者平板電腦産品,還可以購買“延長一年保固服務”(三個月的基本保修+額外十二個月的保固,共十五個月保固)。該服務可以在購買產品 的時候一起購買。2.10 延長一年保固服務包括:
1 軟體故障
2 製造商或者硬體問題
3 超過三個以上的屏幕壞點/死點
2.11 延長一年保固服務不包括:
1. 屏幕破損

2.12 B-Stock産品保固服務:
2.13 B-Stock產品並非全新貨品,不享有任何的保固服務。如您發現產品有缺陷或者與網站上的描述不符,您必須在收到貨品7天內將産品退回。& amp; nbsp;3.0 隱私說明
3.1 我們十分重視對用戶個人資料的保護。未經您的明確同意,我們不會把您的個人資料出售或出租給第三方供其用於任何商業目的,在您的訂單中的個人資料僅供我們EXPANSYS磐石環球數碼城處理訂單使用。

5.0 商品定價
5.1 產品的定價都在EXPANSYS磐石環球數碼城網站上指明。這類信息將隨時更改且不發任何通知。送貨費用根據您選擇的送貨方式的不同而異。如果發生了意外情況,在確認了您的訂單後,由於供應商提價,稅額變化引起的價格變化,或是由於網站的錯誤等造成產品的價格變化,我們會通過email或電話通知您,讓您決定是否取消訂單。
5.2 暫時缺貨或接受預定的商品價格只有一個星期的有效性。如果在商品到貨時價格有所變動,我們會在收取貨款前通知顧客新的產品價格或幫顧客撤銷訂單。
6.0 送貨方式
6.1 快遞發貨,2-3個工作日。
6.2 請勿使用郵政信箱作為您的送貨地址,因為該送貨方式需要您的簽收。
6.3 如果訂單中的送貨地址為公司地址,遇雙休日、節假日送貨時間將會順延,我們會在工作日為您送貨;如訂單中的送貨地址為住宅地址,將不受此限制。
6.4 在顧客付清全款之前,任一商品的所有權仍然由EXPANSYS磐石環球數碼城擁有。
7.0 簡要說明
7.1 我們保留無條件撤銷任何訂單的權利。
7.2 您和EXPANSYS磐石環球數碼城之間的契約將適用各項法律條款,所有的爭端將訴諸於EXPANSYS磐石環球數碼城所在地的法律機構。

1.0 Delivery
1.1 Your credit card will not be debited until the day we ship your goods.
1.2 If your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment.
1.3 Where an incorrect address has been given to eXpansys with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

2.0 Returns
Expansys provides a 1-year limited repair warranty for our customers (devices carry 1 year warranty, batteries 6 months and other accessories do not carry any warranty) based on the following conditions;
2.1 If the goods are found to be faulty within 14 days customers are entitled for either a full refund or replacement. Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date of dispatch as long as it remains in a saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item to the customer. To return goods to Expansys please parcel them properly, including all originally provided manuals, accessories and packaging.
2.2 If the goods are found to be faulty after 14 days and within 3 months of purchase, the customer can send the faulty goods to our office, together with relevant invoice and Expansys will arrange for repair services at no cost to the customer. Shipping charges shall be borne by the customers.
2.3 If the goods are found to be faulty after 3 months and within 1 year of purchase, the customer can send the faulty goods to our office, together with relevant invoice and Expansys will arrange for repair services. There will be a nominal cost involved for the repair charges. Shipping charges shall be borne by the customers.
3.0 VAT, Import Duty and Other Sales Taxes
3.1 All prices listed on the site exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
3.2 For all countries outside of the EU, for example USA, Hong Kong or Taiwan - no VAT is charged.
3.3 Many countries charge duty on goods at the point of import, these will normally be collected by the courier used to deliver your goods - this is a charge levied by your government not by eXpansys and we have no control over it.
4.0 Privacy
4.1 We do collect the information given at the time of your order. This information is not disclosed to any third party and is collected by eXpansys Limited.
4.2 We aim to offer a top quality service at the best price possible, to do this we need to reserve the right to change the above policies at any time.
4.3 All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
4.4 If you wish to opt out of any postal marketing please email your details to optout@expansys.com
4.5 We can provide a full schedule of all information collected on an individual for a fee of HKD150.00 or USD 20.00, we will require significant proof of identification. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 the information will be provided within 40 days of required level of identification.

5.0 Security
5.1 On order processing pages we use a 1024bit certificate.

5.3 We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
6.0 Pricing
6.1 Whilst we endeavor to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
6.2 If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order.
6.3 Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for one week after the order is placed. If the price changes when stock becomes available customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
6.4 'Title of Goods' supplied remains with eXpansys Hong Kong Limited until they are paid for in full.
7.0 Business Customers
7.1 If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits, (whether direct or indirect) data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury. You will not export any goods purchased from us in contravention of United States of America export controls.
7.2 If you have a credit account with us payment is due 30 days after the date of our invoice and we may charge interest for late payment calculated daily at 4% above Royal Bank of Scotland base rate both before and after judgment.
8.0 Deal of the Day
8.1 Our Deal of the Day feature is a 'loss leader' promotional tool that we use to make superb offers to end users, it is not intended for trade or corporate customers so we reserve the right to refuse orders for more than 2 units at deal of the day prices from the same customer.
